HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY PRODUCT?
Our average delivery time is between 7 and 18 business days depending on the EU country. Our products are shipped within 5 to 18 business days. To avoid high storage and labor costs, we work directly with our producers in China and therefore have no intermediaries.
This allows us to offer you very competitive prices compared to what you would find in a physical store. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
CAN I MODIFY OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Once your order is confirmed, we reserve the right to accept or decline it. Even if you have received a confirmation email or your payment has already been approved and we reject the order, we will refund you using the same payment method.

HOW CAN I RETURN AN ITEM I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH?
If your item arrives in poor condition and is unusable, you have 14 days (from the delivery date) to contact us by email at support@volkbelmont.com. with proof (photos or videos).
We then offer you the following options:
• You can return the product to us (return shipping costs are your responsibility), and we will refund the full price of the item upon receipt.
This policy is intended to prevent abuse, so we appreciate your understanding.
We can also send you a new product at our expense.
