All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays). During peak seasons, processing times may extend by 2–4 days.

💰 Shipping Costs

  • Standard Delivery: Calculated at checkout based on destination and parcel weight.
  • Express Delivery: Optional upgrade available at checkout.
  • Free Standard Delivery on orders above £90.

🧾 Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and link. If you have not received this within 3 working days, please check your spam folder or contact us at support@stnorwell.com.

🚫 Address Errors & Failed Deliveries

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing checkout. St.Norwell® cannot be held responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Orders returned to sender can be reshipped upon payment of a new shipping fee.

⚠️ Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, local customs fees, import duties, or taxes may apply. These costs are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping fee. St.Norwell® is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance.

📦 Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is lost, damaged, or delayed beyond 30 days, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number and tracking information.
  3. Our team will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund once the issue is confirmed.
