At St.Norwell®, we take pride in crafting timeless menswear designed for comfort, confidence, and effortless sophistication. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our return and refund process is simple, reliable, and straightforward.

🕒 Eligibility & Timeframe

You may request a return or exchange within 60 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
  • All tags, seals, and packaging must remain intact.
  • Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

🔄 Return & Exchange Process

  1. Contact our support team at support@stnorwell.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return or exchange.
  2. Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with detailed instructions and a prepaid label (if applicable).
  3. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your exchange or refund promptly.

💳 Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • A processing fee (around £5) may apply to cover handling and logistics, except in cases where the return is due to our mistake.

👕 Exchanges

  • Exchanges are free of charge within the first 60 days.
  • Email us at support@stnorwell.com to start your exchange.
  • Once we receive the original item, your replacement will be shipped immediately.

⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact support@stnorwell.com within 7 days of delivery. Include clear photos and a short description — we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Products missing original packaging or tags
  • Items marked as Final Sale

🌍 International Returns

Customers outside the United Kingdom are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.
